O’Keefe’s cranks it up another notch and turns St. Patrick’s Day into an Irish Festival with Irish drinks, bagpipers, Highland dancers, over sized lawn games and live music. $5, children free. Parking is FREE, in the Morton Plant Lot off of Jeffords, just a quick walk to festival from the parking lot. Handicap spots will be off of Jeffords, and Grand Central near the front gate.

🍀River O’Green Scavenger Hunt

Join our 3rd Annual Shamrock Scavenger Hunt, part of the 2019 Mayor’s River O’Green Fest in Tampa’s Downtown at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. This year, the Scavenger Hunt will feature an 'OPEN DIVISION' as well as a 'CORPORATE DIVISION'.  Starts at 12pm

🍀River O’Green Fest 

This fairly new tradition started in 2012. Tampa once again will borrow a page from Chicago and dye the Hillsborough River a deep Kelly (bio-degradable) green. There will be live music, Irish dancing, beer, food, the River O’ Green Gallop and a leprechaun costume contest. 11 a.m. Saturday. Free.

🍀River O’Green Gallop

Walk, run, jump, or jig your way through the River O'Green Gallop as you kick off the day of celebration with a healthy start. This Fun Run will take you 1 mile south along the Tampa Riverwalk, to the History Center, and back with enough time to snag a great viewing spot for the dying of the river, which commences at 11:00am. Be sure to register early, space is limited.

🍀Rough Riders Night Parade

After the Mayor’s River O’ Green festival downtown, hop on the Streetcar and head to Ybor City for the annual Rough Rider’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Festivities will be taking place all afternoon at various venues leading up to the parade which will roll at 7:00 p.m. down 7th Avenue. To accommodate the parade, 7th Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic prior to the parade. The parade staging area will be along Nick Nuccio Parkway between Nebraska and Palm Avenues. The parade will start at 7th Avenue and Nick Nuccio, proceed east along 7th Avenue to 20th Street where it will be disband north on 20th Street 

7 p.m. Saturday along Ybor City's E Seventh Avenue.
